This position is responsible for developing assigned territory to grow new channels. The TM will work closely with the Head of Channel Development – CD and Regional channel management.
Role & responsibilities:
- Help create the channel framework and market entry strategy
- Act as a single point of contact for new channel development i.e. Authorized Enrolment Partner (Channel Partner) development-related activity in the territory.
- Responsible for the identification & sign-up of the Authorized Enrolment Partner (Channel Partner) i.e. Channel as per the agreed process, terms and conditions.
- Conduct due diligence with prospective Channel Partner partners and work with legal to get development agreements finalised and signed.
- Manage and support all phases of the Authorized Enrolment Partner (Channel Partner) development process. This includes market planning, business planning, site selection & approval, manpower onboarding, and the launch of projects from inception. Ensure that the Channel Partner complies with legal and statutory policies and procedures
- Attain planned Channel Partner development timely new Channel Partner openings for the territory. Ensure the handover of the onboarded Channel Partner to the channel management team as per the stated Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Ensure all Channel Partner Development activity in the territory covered is compliant and consistent with all related processes and policies, including Channel Partner Development Approval Committee requirements.
- Support Channel Partner Development Team as needed in planning, business review, and ad hoc projects.

- This position requires extensive travel.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in sales and channel development
- Preferably from Education/ Training, BFSI, Real estate, Telecom, Retail or consumer goods & services, new age industries
- Exposure to Distance Education will be an added advantage.
