Role & responsibilities:
• This role involves ensuring efficient business processes, maintaining quality standards, and
fostering a productive working environment.
• Meeting Institute SPOC on a regular basis to ensure programme launch approvals are coming on
time in line with the Financial Year Plan.
• Regularly updating the institute administrative department about the programme progress
related to student enrolments– Current & Projected Enrolment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Also,
Conduct regular audits to identify and address any non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to strategize and plan programmes launch timelines
inline with the Financial Year.
• Keeping a track on the competition and suggesting the change in the strategy and plan
wherever required

• Collating information details and seeking various approvals from the Institute for:
➢ On the Programme Description Sheet (PDS)
➢ On the Programme Marketing collaterals
➢ Programme Updation on the Institute Website
➢ Singing the Contracts/Agreement/MOU/PDS, etc

• Coordinating with the Institute for programme-related queries, which may be raised by the
Lead/Participants/Program Advisors.


Key skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Masters’s degree in any area with a minimum of 3+ years of experience (preferable
from the Edtech Industry).
• Strong hold on MS Office.
• Strong English linguistic skills- Reading, Writing and Speaking.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multi-tasking work and meet deadlines.
• Having the ability to bring efficiency to business operations
• Should have robust record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
