- Processing of end-to-end payroll for India & APAC countries for over 1100 employees
- Manage end-to-end processing of flexi-pay components like Meal Allowance, LTA, Professional Development Allowance, Mobile and Internet, National Pension Scheme (NPS)
- Administer employee insurance portfolios like health, life, and accident insurance and run various wellness programs with the help of brokers/vendors
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Support the team for internal and statutory audits
- Maintain periodic and ad hoc trackers and reports
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments/special projects on a need basis
Key skills & qualifications:
- Graduation in any field
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and savvy with numbers
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with an HRMS/payroll system
- Eye for detail and ability to multi-task
- Advanced MS Excel incl. macros
- Managed payroll for 1000+ people organization
