Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the operations and delivery of our blended, online and custom curated programs for our Enterprise clients across Asia Pacific.  The role requires someone with a strong background in delivery of learning journeys, have comfort levels in interacting with faculty, clients, and management of technology platforms.

  • End-to-end management of the program from planning to delivery
  • Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for client interactions and work with them on interdependencies to ensure program is launched as per timelines
  • Managing client relationship for the project – understand their expectations, create plans , deliver and  regularly monitor program progress in line with client expectations
  • Ensure seamless program delivery and learner experience – Organizing sessions, setting up zoom sessions or classroom sessions, managing setup, organizing pre-reads, setting up program communications and program graduations
  • Identify process gaps and help plug them by simplification of the process
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas, including customer satisfaction, turnaround time, quality and learner satisfaction
  • Briefing faculty on program objectives and session expectations
  • Managing live sessions that are part of the program
  • Manage stakeholders across different geographies to deliver on the program
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status & conducting after-action reviews
  • Analysing and mitigating risks within the program

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in managing delivery and operations of learning journeys
  • Experience in interacting with faculty – capturing outlines & biographies, scheduling meetings & sessions
  • Experienced in providing clients support from program initiation to program completion
  • Knowledge of learning design principles & methodologies
  • Video conference & MS office capabilities – Experienced with Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Work on multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate fluently, both verbally and written
  • Experience in running online programs on a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Canvas would be helpful
